A successful AGM was held at Alan Greenwood’s Fire Engines of Surrey Museum in Mimbridge. The Executive Committee saw a few changes, with our Chairman, Terry Prince, stepping down from his post, to be replaced by former Vice Chair, Graham Hart. A vote was held for the next Vice Chair, and the post was given to Jon Bickers, who joined the Executive Committee at this AGM, after being a long standing member of the South Central Branch. The formalities of the Group were carried out and wide-ranging discussions took place. The Member of the Year award was given to Jon Bickers, on account of his hard work within the South Central Branch this year.

Our thanks go to Alan Greenwood for hosting the AGM, and providing refreshments at the onsite cafe.
If you have any suggestions of where you’d like the 2026 AGM to be held, do make the executive committee aware of your suggestions.
