A successful AGM was held at the Peterborough Volunteer Fire Brigade’s station in April 2024. The executive committee were duly signed in for another year and new members, Eddie Houghton and Mark Rhodes were welcomed to the committee. The formalities of the Group were carried out and wide-ranging discussions took place. Five nominees were submitted for Member of the Year and the Dennis Barclay Memorial Trophy was awarded to Brian King. Once the official proceedings were completed, and refreshments enjoyed, the attendees were entertained by a presentation by Neil Wallington, showcasing a pictorial history of firefighting during the War. Our thanks go to Neil and all the attendees for their support of the FSPG.
If you have any suggestions of where you’d like the 2025 AGM to be held, do make the executive committee aware of your suggestions.

Minutes will be distributed to membership once finalised by the Executive Committee.
